1 Introduction & General Terms

Pojk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates a secure and transparent service for online betting users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and pojk.

By using the pojk website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Pojk may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on pojk at all times. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final. Even if the odds change afterwards, your bet will remain at the original odds.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
• Temporary suspensions or market pauses during live betting are a normal part of the process.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pojk reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

Pojk reserves the right to set maximum bet limits. Accounts displaying unusual betting patterns may be placed under review, and any suspicious activity will be investigated.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Pojk supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment conditions are mandatory:

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on pojk's payments page.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, but may be delayed if KYC verification is pending.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties will not be accepted.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, pojk may put it on hold and notify the relevant authorities.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pojk. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Participating in match-fixing or betting manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating an account with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploiting bugs for an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.

7 Responsible Gaming

• As required by legal authorities.

Upon account closure, any valid balance is generally returned within 7 business days, though funds may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

10 Limitation of Liability

Pojk strives to maintain the highest standard of service. However, pojk is not liable for the following:

• For bets missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• For delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

• For losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
